A Message from Natalie
I'm Natalie Jordy, the founder and CEO of True Alignment Academy. I've been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years, specializing in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Trauma, and more. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various hospitals across the country, gaining valuable insights into the daily challenges faced by healthcare workers. The impact of COVID-19 on my fellow healthcare professionals inspired me to found True Alignment Academy. My goal is to offer comprehensive mental health solutions to nurses, first responders, and healthcare workers. I'm passionate about supporting others on their journey to healing, wholeness, and fulfillment. It's not just a job for me; it's a life mission. Let's navigate this path together!
